This module consists of five submodules. As a new Trainer you need to understand what the role of a Trainer involves and have a realistic expectation of the workload involved to deliver an Inspiring Education Experience. You should be aware that what you are delivering and how you show up and present yourself to Hairdressers / Beauty Professionals are equally important in building and developing a respectful relationship. In addition you need to effectively collaborate with Sales and your Managers to build the business.
