You will be guided through the Wella Color Master BRONZE certificate by your Manager / Capability Trainer.
The Wella Color Master includes both theory and practical content, assessed and qualified through knowledge checks and practical evidence.
This includes: self-learning, instructor led content and presentation of your learning. The BRONZE certificate is required prior to customer facing activities.
