Together we'll explore effective communication tactics to ensure you and your clients are comfortable & confident during the service journey.

You will learn about:

- The ‘WHY’ to consultation

- Break down the consultation into three simple steps:
   1. Discover who your client is
   2. What your client wants
   3. The steps to get your client and you there

- The products and tools available to help achieve success with every consultation

Who will attend? 

You’ll be there, alongside your fellow hairdressers and will be able to interact and ask questions along the way.

Repeated LIVE session via Zoom on:

Monday 14,  11am – 1pm AEDT

How do I join?

Simply download your personal invite below, set a reminder in your calendar and join the LIVE session via Zoom.

We recommend that you join on a laptop/computer, as this will enable you to make the most of the functionalities within Zoom. Before joining the classroom, download the zoom desktop application or phone app (IOS |  Android) and set up an account to have the best experience of the session. However, if it’s not possible to download the application, you can also join the classroom from your browser.
