EQUIPMENT:
Tail combs (plastic & metal), wide tooth comb, sectioning clips, cutting comb, scissors, small-large round brushes, dressing brush, paddle brush, flat irons, curling tongs, hairdryer + nozzle, diffuser & water spray.
MODEL:
As part of the assessment process, you will require a model or client open to coloring their hair.
They should:
- Have a color allergy test conducted 24-48hrs prior to color application (using Wella Colour), plus return with a negative result (NB if model or client receives a positive allergy test, is indicates they are not suitable for coloring) or they agree to sign a ‘model release form’
- Have virgin hair or regrowth (2cm or longer)
- Want their hair lightened (using herringbone foiling method) minimum two levels and finished with a full head toning service
NB. You are expected to work on a model, unless Wella has agreed you may work on a head block, due to extenuating circumstances.
