Are you tired of always turning to the same toning formulas? If you want to offer a personalised service for all blondes with their perfect toner. You will discover soft glossing techniques to transformative toning and gain the expertise to choose the right product for the right result.

EXTRA INFORMATION ABOUT THE SEMINARS:

EQUIPMENT:
Tail combs (plastic & metal), wide tooth comb, sectioning clips, cutting comb, scissors, small-large round brushes, dressing brush, paddle brush, flat irons, curling tongs, hairdryer + nozzle, diffuser & water spray.

MODELS:
As part of the assessment process, you will be required to complete a practical color assignment on a model and/or client. All should:
- Consent to having before/after images captured and shared on social
- Have a color allergy test conducted 24-48hrs prior to color application (using Wella Colour), plus return with a negative result (NB if model or client receives a positive allergy test, is indicates they are not suitable for coloring) or they agree to sign a ‘model release form’

MODEL FOR BLEACH PERFECT:
They should:
- Have virgin hair or who has bleached lengths and ends with regrowth
- Want their hair lightened (with bleach), a minimum of 3 levels using one of the following methods:
- They could be:
- Full head virgin application (lengths and ends first, then roots)
- Short regrowth application (root application)
- Long regrowth application (mid-band first, then roots - for regrowth longer than 3cm) and toned naturally with Illumina color (permanent toning methods)
- Be available for PART 2, on day the of seminar 12.30pm - 5pm.

MODEL FOR BLEACH FREE LIGHTENING:
They should:
- Have virgin hair or has had previously bleached areas (minimum 3cm natural regrowth)
- Want a full head lightening service (with Permanent Color), a minimum of two levels lightening
- Be available on the day of seminar 12.30pm to 5pm

MODEL FOR HOUSE OF TONE:
They should:
- Have virgin hair or has had grown out highlights (minimum 3cm natural regrowth)
- Want a half head baby-lights foiling service (with Blondor portfolio), a minimum of two levels lightening and after must finish with one of the following toning services:
- Root shadow (using Color Touch/Koleston Perfect/Illumina Color)
- Color melt (using Color Touch/Koleston Perfect/Illumina Color)
- Micro root & toned/glazed ends (using Shinefinity)
- Be available on the day of seminar 12.30pm to 5pm

You are expected to work on a model and / or client, unless Wella has agreed that you may work on a head block due to extenuating circumstances.

Lunch will be provided but should have dietary requirement please inform your local Wella Educator 14 days prior to seminar date.
