This power-packed seminar is designed to equip you with the skills, formulas & insider techniques needed to tackle even the toughest color challenges.

COLOR CRAFT CREATIVE
Designed to broaden your confidence in creative color formulation & color placement.

Choose ONLINE for the freedom of self-paced, self- guided learning through an exclusive library of content. You'll attend two live virtual classrooms one week apart, led by Wella Educators.
Prior to your seminar, you will be require to complete ONLINE PRE-LEARNING, this is to support your learning experience and will become available upon securing your booking. 
EQUIPMENT:
Tail combs (plastic & metal), wide tooth comb, sectioning clips, cutting comb, scissors, small-large round brushes, dressing brush, paddle brush, flat irons, curling tongs, hairdryer + nozzle, diffuser & water spray.

MODELS:
As part of the assessment process, you will be required to complete a practical color assignment on a model and/or client. All should:
- Consent to having before/after images captured and shared on social
- Have a color allergy test conducted 24-48hrs prior to color application (using Wella Colour), plus return with a negative result (NB if model or client receives a positive allergy test, is indicates they are not suitable for coloring) or they agree to sign a ‘model release form’

MODELS FOR COLOR CRAFT ESSENTIAL:
They should:
- Have virgin hair or regrowth (2cm or longer)
- Want a color on same level or go no more than two levels darker than their current color

MODELS FOR COLOR CRAFT HIGHLIGHTS:
They should:
- Have virgin hair or regrowth (2cm or longer)
- Want their hair lightened (using herringbone foiling method) minimum two levels and finished with a full head toning service

MODELS FOR COLOR CRAFT CORRECTION:
They should:
- Have previously colored hair (not virgin hair)
- Want a full head color change by 1. at least three levels darker than their current color OR any level lighter than their current color (Full head color means no highlights/ partial techniques)

MODELS FOR COLOR CRAFT CREATIVE:
They should:
- Have virgin hair or regrowth (2cm or longer)
- Want a creative color result, using a minimum of two different colors, but you can use as many colors as you’d like

NB. You are expected to work on a model, unless Wella has agreed you may work on a head block, due to extenuating circumstances.

DIGITAL EQUIPMENT:
To help you achieve the full learning objectives and to have a great experience during the virtual connects with Wella educators we recommend the use of the following equipment:
- Laptop and/or desktop computer with working cameras
- A mobile device (for activities)
