• A column should be run like a business, this course helps a stylist understand how to influence and seek opportunities for every client at every visit. Identifying white space and the opportunities it creates. Today's client visits a salon not just for a haircut or colour but also for the experience.

• This course focuses on a Gain Retain Grow strategy for a salon

• Morning session, will be looking at the potentials on how to grow your column and taking a look at ways to improve it. Afternoon session will be a practical session, we will be using this time to do quick commercial techniques. So please bring your own model.
