Welcome to Wella Color Master BRONZE, the Wella Way of hair colour; this is a certificate programme that establishes Wella approaches and further challenges your Wella knowledge, skill as a craftsman and role as a salon business builder throughout your Wella career. You will be guided through the Wella Color Master BRONZE certificate by your Manager / Capability Trainer. 

The Wella Color Master includes both theory and practical content, assessed and qualified through knowledge checks and practical evidence.

This includes: self-learning, instructor led content and presentation of your learning. The BRONZE certificate is required prior to customer facing activities.
