Applications will be called for and be by video submission in January 2024 via @WellaPro_ANZ

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO 

STEP ONE:

Create an Instagram Reel, up-to 90 seconds. 

The video should include why you deserve to be a Wella Assistant, your name, salon*, home state, and how many years of experience you have in the industry.

Remember to show your charisma and what makes you unique!

STEP TWO:

Post your Instagram Reel, with a short description and tag @wellapro_anz #WellaAssistantsProgram2024

Entries close on February Thursday 29, 5pm AEDT.

STEP THREE:

Applicants will be reviewed by their local Wella team with the top four entrants put forward for national selection.

STEP FOUR:

In March keep an eye out on @WellaPro_ANZ Instagram page, as we will be announcing the successful applicants.

STEP FIVE:

Activities begin.

OUTLINE OF OPPORTUNITIES

• Participation in four exclusive online train-the-trainer sessions covering such topics as Personal Branding, Social Media Excellence, Stagecraft and On & Offline Facilitation.

• Be the Wella Assistant in a minimum of six and up to ten state education sessions (excluding Wella Color Expert).

• If Assisting during the Color Craft Specialist Program, this does not warrant prerequisites for Wella Color Expert.

• All Wella Assistants will be Featured on @WellaPro_ANZ social channels & during selected national seminar.

• Most importantly connecting with the #WellaFamily, building stronger skills & craft, and having fun along the way.

*All Wella Assistants are responsible for their travel expenses.

** This opportunity is exclusively available to salons or applicants who directly purchase Wella Color, Care & Styling brands from Wella Company ANZ.

*** If you’re an applicant within a Wella Salon, you must obtain prior approval from the salon owner/manager before entering.
