The Wella Professionals TrendVision Award has become one of the most prestigious events in the salon professional industry in the Australian & New Zealand hairdressing calendar.
TVA aims to celebrate hair whilst demonstrating exceptional hairdressing skills and showcasing the world-class Wella color portfolio. We are thrilled to continue extending this unique experience of growth and recognition to all beauty professionals.

Open to all hairstylists, working in a salon, independent stylists, and non-Wella salons. TVA focuses on the creativity and skill that contestants bring to the table.
Entries for TVA 2023 are open between 10th July – 22nd September Finalists from the Photographic Stage will then go on to compete LIVE at the TVA 2023 Manestage Event, final on Sunday, November 12 Sydney.TVA 2023 Manestage Event is in conjunction with Australia Hair Fashion Awards (AHFAs) ⏐ The Journal and M Division PTY LTD.

In true TrendVisionAward style, this hairdressing competition never stands still and is constantly evolving! 2023 brings three new and improved categories, which will celebrate the full House of the Wella portfolio.

1. Choose the category you want to enter and stock up on supplies
2. Download the category application pack for the selected category, these can be found below⏐ Carefully read and familiarise yourself with the requirements
3. Prepare your photography ensuring all images are in line with the requirements.
- The original image should be captured in high-resolution with a minimum of 300dpi.
The digital images that will be uploaded to the event gallery need to align with the below specifications:
- Image dimensions: 1250p (w) x 1000p (h)
- Saved as a JPEG file at 72ppi
- Ensure each image has a file size that does not exceed 1mb- One head-and-shoulders image of the model before
- One head-and-shoulders image of the model afterward
- One full body image of the total look
- If you are successful in winning your category, high-resolution images will need to be provided
