The programme is for graduates and Level 3 assistants who will be working their way to be on the shop floor soon or have just become a graduate in the salon.
Attendance is required for all three days.
Four Key Focus Areas of the Programme : Three-Step Consultation, Developing a structured consultation to ensure clear communication, accurate recommendations and confident decision making with clients. Fundamental Knowledge, Strengthening core knowledge to support technical work and everyday service on the shop floor. Product Knowledge, (Across Four Brands) Gaining a strong understanding of four key brands, including when and how to use products to achieve the best results for clients. Social Media, Learning how to use social media to promote yourself, showcase your work and build confidence in engaging with clients online.
