The Wella PROEducator Program is designed for qualified stylists who wish to become educators. Over the course of eight months, this program provides more than just mentorship—it offers a route to leadership and creative growth in education.

GET READY TO:
• Understand and development core facilitation competencies.​
• Gain insights from leading industry educators and engage in a supportive, collaborative community.
• Build the confidence needed to deliver motivating and effective education sessions.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
If you are passionate about becoming an educator, this program is designed for you. You should be 3+ years of industry experience.

OUTLINE OF OPPORTUNITIES:
• Participate in eight exclusive online sessions covering core facilitation competencies.
• Support education sessions in your local state (excluding Wella Color Expert & Wella Business Expert).
• Access to Wella Educators & Guest Artists for hands-on learning and feedback during local education activities.
• Conclude the program by co-facilitating a Wella seminar.
Prior to your seminar, you will be require to complete ONLINE PRE-LEARNING, this is to support your learning experience and will become available upon securing your booking.

DIGITAL EQUIPMENT:
To great experience during the virtual classrooms, Wella recommends the use of the following equipment:
- Laptop or desktop computer with working camera
- A mobile device (for activities)
